If you ordered online and received incorrect flavor(s), or they are damaged in shipping, please contact us at info@wildsidepretzels.com and we will be happy to correct the issue or replace with the correct flavors. For any products damaged in shipping, we do require pictures of the box and the product for us to use with the shipping carrier. Because these are a food product we do not accept returned items.
